The communications section is intended to group the different ways of communication between members of the organization and the service bureau. Both types of users can create tickets and assign them to whoever they need.
In this section, each user will be able to manage their tickets and solve the pending tasks assigned to them in order to make possible the execution of the orders.
In the case of external users, most of the tickets will be related to the provision of documentation, approval of parts, and accounting management of work.
In the inbox section, users will have a messaging platform similar to an email where they can communicate with members of the organization and employees of the service boreau.
In case you require a more informal and immediate communication you will have a chat type instant messaging system, in which you can have individual or group communications.
At the time of meetings, a video call system will be available.
The functions will already be the usual ones of the video call systems currently on the market.
