ANA GARCIA::Product Engineer
Place of work: Additive manufacturing company in Valencia
Position: Product Engineer.
Work experience: He has been working in the additive manufacturing company for 5 years, she has been in different areas of the company, from the design department to the production of 3D printed parts.
Job description: As a production and project management manager, Ana uses 3D printed parts production management software on a daily basis. She is responsible for coordinating and supervising the production of parts, from receipt of the design to delivery to the customer.
She is also responsible for project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
MILTON MARSLOW::Production Manager
Place of work: Additive manufacturing company in UK
Position: Production manager
Work experience: He has been working in the additive manufacturing company for 5 years, he has been in different areas of the company, from the design department to the production of 3D printed parts.
Roles and responsibilities:
Milton is the manufacturing manager at a 3D printing company. He is in charge of ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and effectively. He supervises and coordinates all activities related to production, from printer preparation to product completion. In addition, he is responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining company quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure designs areappropriate for production.
- Keeping up to date on the latest AM technologies and trends.
- Manage inventory and logistics related to printing materials and other supplies needed for production.
- Ensure compliance with established production deadlines.
MEI-LING CHEN::Manufacturing Technician
Work experience: Mei-Ling Chen has experience as a production and post-processing technician in a 3D printed parts manufacturing company. As such, she is proficient in operating and maintaining 3D printers, performing adjustments and repairs, processing printed parts, and verifying the quality of finished parts. She is also knowledgeable in 3D design and handling 3D printing software to make modifications and improvements to the parts to be printed.
Roles and responsibilities:
Operate and maintain 3D printers to ensure production of high quality parts in adequate quantity.
- Perform adjustments and repairs on 3D printers as needed.
- Process parts, including cleaning, sanding, polishing, and other finishing as needed.
- Perform QC of theparts and take corrective action if necessary.
- Work with the production team and other technicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed and problems encountered.
JEAN-PIERRE DUBOIS::Sales Manager
Place of work: Additive manufacturing company at Bordeaux
Position: Sales manager
Work experience: Jean-Pierre Dubois is an experienced sales professional in France. He is currently working as Sales Manager in an Additive Manufacturing company. As part of his job, he must use specialized software to estimate costs and production times for his customers.
Jean-Pierre has extensive experience in sales and team management, and has been working in the additive manufacturing industry for the last 10 years. He is a natural leader and works closely with his sales team to achieve the company’s goals.
Roles and responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, maintain and improve customer relationships, use estimating software to provide accurate and efficient quotes, achieve company sales and profitability goals.
External User Persons
We call external users those who access the platform, they can be end users of the system, those who take a project that is made available in the digital inventory or intermediaries, as in the case of users who log in and create customized projects for themselves or third party companies.
ALEX MARTINEZ::Average Customer
Alex is a 25-year-old college student who is passionate about tabletop games. He is an avid player of L@BOT4000, a tabletop miniatures game that he enjoys playing with his friends on weekends. Alex is originally from Spain but moved to the United States five years ago to study computer science.
As a college student, Alex’s main responsibility is to focus on his studies, but he also enjoys spending his free time playing tabletop games with his friends.
Goals:
Alex’s goal when visiting the L@BOT website is to browse the latest miniatures and find the perfect addition to his army. He also wants to stay up-to-date on the latest releases and news from L@BOT.
JUAN SALCEDO::Advanced Customer
Place of work: L@BOT – UK
Position: Product designer
Roles and responsibilities:
Juan is a product designer with experience using CAD and other design software. He works for a company that produces custom parts for its customers. As part of his job, Juan needs to send designs to a 3D printing team to produce prototype parts. Juan is interested in an easy-to-use solution that allows him to efficiently submit designs and track the status of his order.
